I received my formal culinary education at the famous "ICE" in New York City, While attending I was awarded a scholarship by "Share Our Strength", and acknowledged for my commitment to our NYC community at their annual leadership conference in post Katrina, New Orleans. MY extensive experience in cooking has been put to the test time and again from the intense training of top NYC Chefs. Cooking on the line in restaurants, coordinating hundreds of meals for formal galas, it all comes down to cooking great food.
