We can conduct the initial assessment through email, phone or an in person meeting. The goal of this personal assessment is to learn about your taste preferences, food likes and dislikes as well as any allergy considerations or dietary restrictions you may have. The number of servings and frequency of service will be covered at this time. We will also discuss your preferred method of heating to determine the storage containers to be utilized.
The Planning Stage
After the assessment, we will conduct the research necessary to prepare your customized menu. The menu will be presented for you to make your selections of entrées and side dishes. Upon receiving your selections a cook date will be set.
Cook Day - Delivery Service Available!
On the cook day, we do all of the grocery shopping, providing you with the freshest ingredients possible. All meals are prepared off premise and will be packaged and labeled per the specifications discussed during the assessment. They will be stored accordingly in the refrigerator and/or freezer ready for you to heat and enjoy. Specific heating instructions will be left for your convenience.
Payment Cash and checks are accepted and payment is due in full on cook date, prior to set-up. An annual “pantry fee” of $35 (covers basic spices, oils) and a Separate Grocery deposit of $75 and container fees are due the day we book your cook date. The grocery deposit will be balanced on each cook date.
Each meal consists of one main entrée and one side dish, (starch or vegetable) and a salad or snack or Dessert. Mix it up!
